What’s the last thing you want to do when you come home from a LONG workday? Cook. But, something about a warm cooked meal after another tedious day at the office just makes you feel like you have your life together. So, after much trial and error my husband and I started using our Sundays to prepare some meals for the week. The EASIEST and may I add, one of the most delicious, meals we prepare is what we like to call the 6-Can Soup Special. My mother is the queen of quick, easy, and productive. She passed this quick recipe down to me and I now to you
-Ingredients-
1 can: Hormel chili with beans
1 can: Rotel
1 can: Green Beans
1 can: Corn
1 can: Campbell’s Vegetable Beef Soup
1 can: Campbell’s Tomato Soup
-Put it Together-
Pour all cans into one pot and cook over high heat for 15-20 minutes. Feeling spicy? Add in your choice of meat: sausage, chicken, or beef.
